Tweee!

Everyone grap a party hat and a noisemaker! We're celebrating the 10,000th visitor to Sew Random yesterday afternoon at 2:58 CDT; someone from Queens Village, New York (Mardel? Carolyn?). Twweeee! Sal-ute!

You may now resume regular activities... :D

  4. The truth is, it's really hard to tell who's who from the sitemeter report; what comes up isn't the location of the person posting but the location of their ISP...which sometimes changes, according to how the connection gets made. My mom usually shows up as being from Indianapolis, but sometimes sitemeter reports her as coming from Floyd's Knobs, IN or Camden, IN...neither of which is anywhere near her actual location. If DH checks the blog from work (which he's done on occasion...I think to check a date or something...), he shows up as being in Chicago, IL...his company's headquarters. So it's pretty much a guess-what as to who a particular viewer was! But it's fun to look at...and wonder what someone who's showing up as being in Singapore or Kuwait thinks about this glimpse of average America...
